I hereby confirm that I am fully conversant with requirements for safe participation in this event and that I consider myself to be of an adequate level of ability and fitness to enter this event. I further confirm that I enter the event at my own risk and agree that I cannot hold any persons or organizations responsible for any injuries, damages or loss suffered as a result of my participation in this event. I understand that there are no refunds for cancellations for any reason, however the event organisers may elect to refund your entry fee in exceptional conditions upon receipt of written application. All refunds will carry a 15% admin fee. Swims cancelled on the day by the organisers, due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances, will not be refundable. We hereby consent to Bridge House Mile and related event owners using event photographs for promotional purposes.
